SCHEDULER & REPORT CONTROL OFFICER
Primary Responsibilities
As a Certification Body reviewing other companies' Quality Systems, it is imperative that the administration activities of SGS Indonesia must, at all times shall be in accordance with documented “Global Procedures”

Scheduling Supervisor
SSC Operation Manager
Specific Responsibilities
A. Schedule Arrangement
Follow up schedule arrangement for those new clients that has not been audited including arrangement for auditor/technical staff to conduct document review
Follow up schedule arrangement for on-going maintenance visit of existing clients base on Master Due Date list given by Scheduling & Planning Supervisor/KAE/Operation Manager, including surveillance, recertification, extension to scope and other necessary schedule such as vendor audit are audited within timely manner according to their due date
Follow up schedule arrangement for Assessment according to date request in AP3 received by Scheduling and Planning Supervisor
Preparation and sending “Schedule Confirmation letter” to client including surveillance, assessment, renewal, extension to scope and other necessary schedule such as vendor audit
Follow up written approval from clients for audit schedule including surveillance, assessment, renewal, extension to scope and other necessary schedule such as vendor audit
Handling schedule arrangement for any request from SGS affiliates
Planning audit for each job with accurate allocation of auditor related with technical qualification of auditor and product qualification of auditor
Specific for ISO TS product – to prepare APC and renewal of contract in timely manner
Prepare all necessary document related with audit for specific product according to global procedure and or specific product requirements.
B. Control of Report
Follow up report submission within time frame from auditor
Follow up action plan submission from client
Submit accurate report to Accreditation office in timely manner
Profiles
Minimum D3 graduates
Three years working experience, two of which as administration or secretary for a senior executive
Customer focused individual with lots of initiative.
Must be able to work independently without immediate instructions or direct and constant supervision.
Self starter, independent worker.
Able to handle confidential information.
Open minded to continuous improvement. Willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations.
Team player.
Able and willing to expedite issues with other staffs from other departments including technical staff, finance also other managers in SGS when it is felt that inaction could result in reduced satisfaction of customers (internal and external)
